Course Policy
1. Rain Check
As required, rain checks will be made available if any of the following conditions occur : • The course closes • There is thunder and lightning Type of Rain Check : 18-hole rain check for players who have played 9 holes or less (Must have purchased an 18-hole green fee ticket) RAIN CHECKS WILL NOT BE ISSUED IF.. • It is raining when players purchase their tickets and commence their round. • If a player has teed off on the 10th hole • For 9 hole & Twilight green fee tickets • The "No Rain Check" sign is present on the counter. Rain Checks are only valid in the year it is issued.
2. Late Arrival
If none of your group has checked in 5 minutes prior to the tee time, your spots will be given away to those on the waitlist. If your group arrives and one or two of your members are going to be late, your group has the following options available. If you would like the late party(s) to join you on the course you must : Pre-purchase the ticket(s) for the person(s) that is late and leave them at the Pro Shop for pick up with the late party's name attached. There will be no refund should the late party not show up. Contact the late party(s) and advise them to "check in" at the Pro Shop to pick up their ticket at which time the Pro Shop will make arrangements for Player’s Assistant to transport them to your group on the course. If your group opts not to purchase your late player(s) ticket(s) the Pro Shop will fill the void(s) of the late player(s) with people from the waiting list. If your group opts to wait until your late player(s) arrive, your group will be put on the "waiting list" and allowed to play if and when a time becomes available.
3. Power Cart
For security purposes, a current signed credit card deposit is required at time of rental or a cash deposit of $1,500. These are returned after the cart has been checked for potential damage and the key has been returned to the Pro Shop. Please note that anyone under the age of 19 is not permitted to rent or operate power carts. For your safety, please keep power carts away from all trees and shrubs. For the protection of the greens and tee boxes, please keep power carts on cart paths.
4. Caddie
Any Junior Golfer bookings between the ages of 7 and 10 must be accompanied by a paying adult (18 and older) on 1 on 1 bases. No caddy or spectators allowed on the golf course during regular daily play. Each player must have a bag and minimum of 7 clubs(half set) to play.
5. Alcohol
ABSOLUTELY NO PERSONAL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES allowed on the course. All violators of such rule will be asked to leave and/or be escorted off the premises. All players being asked to leave will forfeit their green fees and no reimbursement will be available.
6. Proof of Age
The City of Toronto is pleased to offer discounted green fee rates to Senior and Junior Golfers. • SENIORS ARE 60 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER • JUNIORS ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE AND YOUNGER Please have your proof of age ready when purchasing green fee tickets and take advantage of these discounted rates.
